Easton's party was very simple and low key. We had some family over and ate pizza and cupcakes.
Easton loved opening his gifts. He was pretty much opposite of Arden at her first birthday.

Easton loves waving and saying 'Hey' to people and animals. He's fearless. He gives only me awesome hugs. He tries to copy everything we do. When I wash Arden's hair, he scrubs his head. When we get water from the fridge, he gets a cup and tries to reach it to get water too. He has become a picky little eater, still takes two naps, tries to spend the day on my hip and is sometimes a little defiant. He tries hard to hold his own against Arden. He's getting there! He is the cutest, silliest little boy and we love him to pieces!
Derek's parents came to visit the week leading up to Easton's birthday. It's so nice having some extra help! I got so much accomplished-many small projects, two dentist appointments, one doctor appointment and tiled the back splash!
