Sleeping in the job

One night last week Derek was downstairs with Arden while I was taking a shower. When I was done, I went downstairs and found this:

Derek's parents came to visit for a few days and Arden just loved her Grandpa
and Grandma-not sure what they were talking about, but that's a sneaky look on Arden She can't wait until her grandparents in NY move to NC! =)

Arden had her baby blessing at church this past Sunday. Derek did a great job although he was very nervous. I'm really proud of him. Both sets of granparents were there as well as Ashley, Mark and Elisabeth.

Arden's first babysitter

A couple of weeks ago, my sister graciously offered to watch Arden for me so I could have a break and go out if I needed to so I took her up on the offer and got my hair cut. Thanks Ashley!!! Her husband, Mark even came over and cleaned our carpet which was much needed and it looks awesome! Here's Arden with her first babysitter!

One Month Old!!!

It's hard to believe Arden is already a month old! Here are a couple pictures from her first real bath-which she loved!




She even loves laying in her tub when she's not getting a bath.

Week 2 pictures

At Arden's 2 week check up, she weighed 8lbs 2oz. She is growing and changing fast and some of her 0-3 mo clothes are getting pretty snug! She is getting a lot better about sleeping in her bed at night, but she still prefers sleeping on people =)
